Pricing Questions
The money questions, answered
Hourly billing rewards slowness and punishes efficiency — the opposite of what you want. A fixed price means we carry the risk of estimating correctly, and you know the exact cost before committing. It keeps both sides focused on the outcome, not the clock.
Bank transfer, Wise, and Payoneer. For ongoing retainers we can set up recurring invoicing. All payments are documented with proper invoices.
Typically 50% to begin and 50% on delivery. Larger projects are split into milestone payments tied to deliverables, so you never pay for work you haven't seen.
Small adjustments are absorbed within the included revision rounds. Genuine scope additions are quoted separately before any extra work starts — you approve the price first, always.
None. The quote covers everything described in the scope. Third-party costs (hosting, paid plugins, app store fees) are listed separately in the proposal so you see the full picture upfront.
If we fail to deliver what was agreed in the scope, you get your money back for the undelivered portion — that's in writing in every agreement. Milestone payments also mean your exposure is always limited.
